Shipping
All in-stock merchandise is processed and shipped within ten to fourteen business days.  An email notification of shipment will be sent to the email address specified in your shopping cart.  All orders are subject to credit approval.  

 

If any item you select is not in stock, you will receive an email notification of the expected ship date.  If the ship date is unacceptable, you may make arrangements to cancel your order and receive a refund.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, please contact us at dawgzrus@bellsouth.net or 706-559-4776.

We would be happy to exchange most unused items.  Please contact us at 706-559-4776 or dawgzrus@bellsouth.net if you have an item you wish to return.

 

All items are insured when shipped.  If an item is damaged in shipping, please KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS and contact us immediately.

 

All items returned must be received by us within 21 days purchase.

APO BOXES:  We happily ship to APO boxes.  Yes, we do!  Please allow additional time for delivery and provide us with an alternate USA address via email in the event delivery cannot be made to the APO.
